The word from Jay Burgess: Surprise!!! During quarantine we decided to re-record some of our songs and do them closer to the way they were written. I had moved some of our recording equipment to my house, to do demos with. When this idea popped up, we all came to the the house, and setup in my guest bedroom. One of the tiniest rooms in the house. We had to be strategic as to what instruments we used. Therefore, I only played acoustic, Clint played a Wurlitzer (no amp), Spencer plugged his bass straight in, Jon played a butter box as a snare and my pedalboard case/ hardwood floors as his bass drum, and there are a handful of songs that our friend Todd Roper played my guitar case and miscellaneous percussion. We had a crazy amount of fun making this during what looked to be a down period. We hope you enjoy it!
